Common questions about your order
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day from our St Albans location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel leaves our workshop. See our shipping information page for full details.
Can I change my order after checkout?
If you need to amend your order, contact our team on +44 1727 865425 as soon as possible. We can usually adjust items before dispatch, but once your parcel has left our workshop, changes are no longer possible and you would need to follow our returns process.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We are unable to accept returns of opened supplements for hygiene reasons. Read our full returns and refunds policy for step-by-step instructions.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
Yes. All prices on HealthWell UK include UK VAT at the standard rate of 20%. The price you see on each product page is the price you pay at checkout, with no hidden additions. Delivery costs are calculated separately based on your address.
